Nova Individual

From insight to behaviours that work in everyday leadership

Nova Individual helps you understand recurring patterns, choose what you want to develop and turn insight into concrete action. The assessment is the starting point. Development continues through facilitated feedback, respectful challenge, practical behavioural training, a dashboard and structured follow-up.

Who the programme is for

A personal programme with practical direction

Nova Individual is for leaders who want to understand themselves better without stopping at an assessment and a report. The programme provides a structured basis for reflection and helps you prioritise a limited number of behaviours that are relevant in your working life.

The personal analysis uses the Big Five as a nuanced basis for reflection, together with communication patterns and drivers. It does not place you in a fixed type. The analysis is used to explore tendencies, strengths, possible pitfalls and situations in which you may need to act more deliberately.

Nova Individual is for people who lead others, major assignments or areas of an organisation. This may include managers, key people and specialists with substantial responsibility. It can suit someone who is new to a leadership role as well as an experienced leader who wants to recognise patterns that have become difficult to see alone.

The programme may also be relevant when an organisation wants to offer a leader a clear and defined development process. In that situation, the purpose, responsibilities and any agreed reporting should be established before the process begins.

When the programme fits

Situations in which the programme fits

Nova Individual fits when you want to understand how your drivers and communication patterns influence decisions, collaboration and priorities. It may be relevant when you are taking on new responsibility, want to change a recurring behaviour or need greater alignment between your intention and how you act.

It may also fit when you have received feedback that you want to work through, want to communicate more clearly in demanding situations or need a structured way to maintain a chosen direction for development.

How the process works

How the process works

  1. 01

    Digital analysis

You complete the personal assessment. It provides a basis for reflection on the Big Five, communication patterns and drivers.

  2. 02

    Personal analysis report

The findings are brought together in a report that helps you recognise recurring patterns and relevant areas for development.

  3. 03

Professionally facilitated feedback session, 90 minutes

A leadership development facilitator helps you interpret the findings, test your conclusions and understand the relationship between patterns, situations and behaviours. The conversation combines support with respectful challenge.

  4. 04

    Priorities and action plan

You choose development areas and translate them into concrete behaviours to practise in everyday work.

  5. 05

    Practice and weekly follow-up

The chosen behaviours are tracked in the dashboard throughout the six-week programme. Weekly follow-up provides continuity and keeps the chosen direction visible.

  6. 06

    Follow-up session, 60 minutes

You and the facilitator review your experience, adjust the action plan and clarify how the work can continue.

What is practised

What you practise

Practice is based on situations that actually occur in your working life. It may involve preparing for a clearer conversation, listening fully before taking a position, delegating with clearer responsibility or maintaining a priority when pressure increases.

The behaviours to practise are not chosen in advance and are not the same for everyone. They are defined in relation to your analysis, your role and the situations in which development needs to become visible. The dashboard provides structure without turning the process into an administrative task.

Possible practical movement

Where development can become visible

The aim is for the work to become visible in how you act, communicate and follow up in relevant situations. The programme can provide clearer language for your patterns and create conditions for more deliberate choices.

Development may become visible in clearer priorities, more considered conversations and greater consistency between intention and action. The outcome is influenced by the context, your own work and your opportunity to practise in everyday situations. Nova does not promise a particular result.

Privacy and responsible use

Privacy and responsible use

Your personal analysis and report are used as a basis for development. If an organisation commissions the programme, the purpose, responsibilities and any agreed reporting should be clearly established before the process begins.

Nova is not a clinical or medical diagnostic tool. Nova Individual is not suitable when the purpose is clinical assessment or an automated decision about a person. The findings should not be used on their own for decisions about recruitment, dismissal or future potential.
