Your development is personal.
Nova Deep Insight handles personal reflections, assessment results and, in some processes, anonymous feedback from others. Access must therefore be personal and limited to the process to which you have been invited.
Individual results are not shared with employers, commissioners or others without a clear agreement on purpose, level and content. In Nova 360, feedback must be compiled around patterns and development without revealing individual feedback providers.
Your data must only be used to administer and deliver the agreed Nova process.
