Torbjörn Källström is the founder of Holistic Leadership and has more than 40 years of experience in leadership, business development and personal development. He has worked as CEO, board chair, leadership developer and coach for leaders in both business and the public sector.

Nova Deep Insight is built on his holistic view that strategy, results and human development belong together. The method combines business clarity with psychological understanding, structured feedback and practical training.
