Depending on the assignment, data may include contact details, assessment responses, personal reflections, development goals, follow-up notes and feedback from invited contributors in Nova 360.

Privacy and responsible use
Nova Deep Insight handles personal reflections, assessment results and, in some processes, anonymous feedback from others. Privacy, clear agreements and responsible use must therefore be present throughout the process.
Why is data processed?
Data is used to deliver the agreed development process, provide professional feedback and follow priority development goals.
Who sees individual results?
The participant and the professional process leader. Sharing with an employer, commissioner or another party requires a clear agreement on purpose, level and content.
How is Nova 360 handled?
Feedback is compiled around patterns and development. Individual responses and sensitive comments must not be shared in a way that identifies the feedback provider.
How are team and individual data separated?
Shared team material should concern interaction, ways of working and joint development areas. Individual assessment results are handled separately unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Correction and deletion
Participants may contact Nova Deep Insight with questions about their data and request correction or deletion where applicable rules permit.
Access
Access should be limited to people who need the data to deliver the agreed process.
Website, cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 from Google LLC is used only after active consent to understand and improve the website. No Analytics code is loaded beforehand. Advertising signals and personalisation are disabled. The _ga and _ga_9X4GSXB9DB cookies are stored for no more than 90 days. The consent choice and an active language choice are stored locally for no more than 180 days. Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time through Cookie settings.
Contact form and portal
The contact form sends the information entered by the visitor to Nova Deep Insight so the enquiry can be answered. In its current phase, the participant portal does not accept personal codes or create participant accounts.
