Why I created Nova Deep Insight

Nova Deep Insight was not created to become another report that lands in a folder. It was created for real leaders, teams and organisations where responsibility, communication, decisions and collaboration are visible every day.

After more than 40 years of work with leadership, business development, coaching, mental training and organisational development, Torbjörn Källström has seen the same pattern many times. Leaders gain insights. Teams get energy. Organisations form ambitions. But if insight is not translated into trainable behaviors, follow-up and new ways of acting, the effect often becomes short-lived.

Nova Deep Insight has been developed practically through work with leaders, teams and organisations. The system is inspired by established knowledge in leadership, behavioral science, adult development, group dynamics, organisational learning, change management and learning connected to behavioral change.

Nova Deep Insight combines established behavioral science, Big Five, practical leadership development and Holistic Leadership’s own methods in a system for self-insight, collaboration and followable behavioral change. The real value lies in application: interpretation, conversation, practice and follow-up.

The unique value is not only the analysis, but the connection between current state and desired state, concrete behaviors, everyday situations, practice, repetition and follow-up over time. The goal is not only increased self-insight. The goal is behavioral change that shows in leadership, communication, responsibility, collaboration, culture and execution power.

The future of leadership development needs to be less event and more process. Less momentary inspiration. More real movement over time.

The core

The difference is what happens after the insight.

Nova Deep Insight is not built to put labels on people. It is built to create better leadership, clearer collaboration and more sustainable results.

A test can create recognition. Nova should create direction, language, practice and change.

A report can describe the current state. Nova helps the leader or team do something with it.

Leadership does not change because of an analysis in itself, but because of what the leader does with the insight.

Teams develop when they get language for patterns that otherwise become personal, charged or unclear.

360 feedback should be respectful, safe and useful.

Nova connects self-insight, outside reflection, team dialogue and follow-up in one coherent process.
